My First Journey at Christian Brother

                                                             

The first vocation search in which I attended during my stay at Christian Brothers this was held at Batang Himamaylan, Negros Occ.at Columban Father's House.

     It's amazing to know that I did not go directly to join search in activities but instead i used the modern technology through the internet to contact the christian brothers. I was lucky and happy when Bro. Rod responded on my inquiry and invited me to meet personally at Columban House, Singalong Manila. After an hour of interview I was invited to come and visit Christian Brothers community branch in Kabankalan, Negros. I stayed there for 2 weeks and return to home in Manila but advised to come back for my first assignment in teaching at Nuestra Senora Delos Nieves High School at Himamaylan. It was May 2014 when I returned to Bacolod and started to teach at NSDN. i was assigned at High School dept. to teach Social Studies and Values education and in the morning I was assigned as assistant teacher at Pre-school department. Every Saturday and Sunday I lived at Christian Brothers house to join many activities there. I completed one semester at school and went home to Manila Dec. 2014 to wait and prepare for our departure to Africa to start our Novice training there.
